How we collect consent for text messages
How You Opt In
When booking an appointment on our website at thatgirlsnails.com/book, you are asked for your phone number on the “Your Details” step. Directly beneath it is the SMS consent checkbox reproduced below. It is unchecked by default and is optional — the booking completes whether or not it is ticked, so consent is never a condition of service. We only text phone numbers that ticked it.

Unchecked by default, optional, and shown in full on the page at the moment of opt-in. Promotional texts are a separate, separately-optional checkbox — ticking the box above never signs anyone up for marketing.
